Overall project completed with 2 contracts:
1 – Traditional enabling works contract which created an open plan area within the existing pharmacy department and refurbished ancillary spaces.
2 – A design and build contract to provide a complete dedicated pharmacy aseptic suite, which incorporates all services installations/new air handling unit equipment and within an existing roof top plant room.
