Key Project Particulars

Links to existing hospital via new lift/staircase enclosed in a first floor tower structure.

 

Infilling of existing undercroft area maximising use of unused space. Access to existing plant rooms maintained.

 

Purpose built single storey building to create primary centralised patient records storage with associated ancillary office space.

 

Bespoke moveable compact storage system.

 

Materials: traditional hospital red brick used and contemporary glazed blocks, stack bonded and Trespa cladding panels/rain screen.
