Extensive development with user groups and Estates representatives to develop specific room layouts and development of room data sheets. Complex phased development to maintain provision of adjacent and above live hospital areas/fully serviced. Extensive coordination of services with M&E consultants. DDA compliant facilities to access interior and external courtyards. Disabled parking spaces located adjacent to building entry points. Low maintenance products specified for longevity and performance. High end interior specification and finish. 3D interior design studies used to illustrate and present spatial qualities and finishes. Provision of sample boards to obtain approval to internal finishes and specifications.
